Client Relations Manager - 80% Remote Work
Market Outreach:
Initiate and cultivate relationships with advertising agencies.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and the potential impact of our services to brands and advertising strategies.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with agencies to understand their specific needs and challenges related to Advertising.
Provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of our service within the target market.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Feedback Collection:
Act as a bridge between clients and our development team, gathering feedback on user experience and potential improvements.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Training and Support:
Plan and organise training sessions for clients.
Offer ongoing support and address any queries or concerns from clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in marketing or sales roles, especially in the advertising or tech industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
