How is the data collected?We monitor advertising Expenditure for TV, Radio, Press, Outdoor and online Advertising. We use different methods to collect data for each media type. For TV and Radio we use audio and video matching software to track and analyse adverts. For outdoor we manually track advertising by visiting actual sites and taking pictures of the adverts. We then compile the data and feed it into our systems for analysis. To track adverts in local websites we use crawlers which routinely visit the clients we monitor to see what adverts are aired. For press we use software which identifies and matches adverts. For Google ads and Social media we use each site's API to collect data which we then annotate and feed into our systems for analysis.

Do you keep records of the actual adverts?Yes we do have record of every advert aired. Our clients can access the copy of any advert in any media via our online portal. There is also an Advert Bank portal that can be used to retrieve any advert.

What if i need something which is not on the portal.We handle plenty of custom requests from our clients. Whatever you can think of, we can analyze.

How is the data organised?Each advert is annotated with the following information. Customer name, Product name, Sector, Category, Local Distributor Name, International Company name and the advertising agency which handles the specific brand advertised. This means that our users can search for and analyse adverts, by any of the above mentioned fields.

Can you monitor a campaign?Yes we can monitor campaigns and issue verification reports. For TV and radio you will be able to see the exact time and date each advert has aired.

Can i share the reports i generate on the Portal with my clients?Yes we do have an option which enables you to share any report to anyone, regardless if they have access to our portal or not.
